   杨帆,研究员,中国科学院福建物质结构研究所厦门稀土材料研究中心课题组长,福建省清洁核能燃料系统与材料联合创新重点实验室主任,中国核学会核化工分会理事。先后获得厦门双百A类人才、江西省双千人才、2021年福建省最美科技工作者和福建省高层次B类人才等称号。主要方向为核安新材料、稀土功能材料以及二次资源循环利用。主持或参与国家省市级项目50余项,发表SCI论文50余篇,授权专利30余件,制定标准4项。
