高水英，女,博士、研究员,博士生导师,1977年4月出生。1999年毕业于南昌大学化学系，2002年毕业于中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所，获得理学硕士学位; 2006年，在中国科学院福建物质结构研究所获得理学博士学位。主持包括国家自然科学青年基金，国家自然科学基金面上项目,福建省自然科学基金和福建省产业技术开发专项等项目，作为主要参加者参加了国家自然科学基金重大和国家重点基础研究发展计划（973计划）等多项省部级以上科研项目。
研究方向： 框架结构材料的设计及光催化研究
