李丙轩，男，博士，正高，博士生导师，1987年出生于山东济南。2010年本科毕业于山东科技大学；2013年硕士毕业于中国科学院福建物质结构研究所材料工程专业（导师：张戈研究员），留所工作至今。

主要从事激光、非线性光学晶体性能及相关器件的研究，承担并完成了福建省工业引导性项目等多项科研任务。
